Spreading the Love – February 26, 2014 (We will take to the streets of Atlanta)

Hello To All:

We did it!!! We are well on our way in a new year and To God We Give All the Glory!! Time sure flies when you are doing great deeds. Blessings on Wheels (B.O.W) for the month of January was revitalizing and a humbling experience. B.O.W started the year off by giving and restoring hope in some less fortunate individuals life. This year has brought Atlanta its share of brutal weather, hard times and economy challenges for us all. Unfortunately some people had to take shelter in the streets and deal with those challenges the best way they could. B.O.W took to the streets of Atlanta and blessed so many men and women with hot meals, warm blankets, clean clothes and toiletries.

For the month of February, we will Spread the Love. On Wednesday, February 26th, we will spread the love and distribute food, blankets and clothing to those who call the streets of Atlanta home. Our menu will consist but not limited to spaghetti, rolls, desserts, drinks and water. This may be the only meal that someone receive that day, so we will prepare it with love and distribute it as well with extra care…

Many of you have replied wishing to support as well as to help with this month’s vision gathering. I am asking everyone to have all items to me no later then Monday the 24th and we will gather together to prepare food and take to the streets on Wednesday the 26th. We will meet at Quick Trip off of Wesley Chapel in Decatur at 7:30pm and head downtown from there.
