“Thanksgiving 2011”

Greetings All,

We need your help!!!!   Blessings On Wheels (“B.O.W”) will give thanks in a big way this year and we want you to be a part of it!! We will host Thanksgiving to four main shelters in the surrounding Atlanta area at Living Waters Christian Baptist Church with Pastor Melvin Whitlock.

In continuing our efforts, B.O.W. has been a leader in feeding the hungry and homeless.  Our expectations are that we will serve more people this year than we have in the past.  Due to the increasing numbers, Pastor Melvin Whitlock has opened up the doors of the church to help us better serve those that are seeking fellowship and a hot meal  in celebration of this special holiday.

We understand that every meal is important but we believe that there is something extra special about Thanksgiving and being able to delight in a hot meal with others. With this in mind we are hosting our Thanksgiving Feast at Living Waters Christian Baptist Church Ÿ 266 Robin Street Ÿ Decatur, Georgia 30030.

Our menu will consist of but not limited to Turkey, Dressing, Rice, Mac-n-cheese, Potato Salad, Beans, Bread and assorted desserts.  If you wish to be part of this great experience by volunteering or donations, please feel free to contact our Project Manager, Keischa Stillwell Robinson at (404) 587-5855 or email at kfiger36@yahoo.com or me at srockmore3@gmail.com.

I am asking everyone to have all items to us no later then Monday, November the 14^th  at Malcolm  Cunningham Auto Gallery, 4334 Snapfinger Woods Drive, Decatur, GA, so that we have ample time to prep the food for Saturday, November the 19^th.

Thanking everyone in advance for their act of kindness towards my vision…  Love like Him, Live like Him, Lead like Him… Each month of 2011 I vowed to God that I will be a blessing to someone… As I ask Him to continue to be fruitful and multiply in my life..
